Center for Philanthropy Room Reservation Form

The LSU Foundation assesses a fee for the use of its meeting and event spaces. The fee schedule for the board room, third-floor training room and/or terrace, and lobby spaces is $300 (full day) or $150 (half day). Any reservation over four hours is considered a full day rental. Fees must be paid via a transfer request approved by the appropriate departmental designee (account details will be shared upon approval of the request). Cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the meeting or event in order to receive a refund.
