Be an Ambassador
Student Philanthropy Council
The LSU Student Philanthropy Council (SPC) is a group of students who want to make a difference on campus before they graduate. The SPC meets regularly and helps to organize and promote the LSU Senior Gift Campaign each spring semester. Members serve as ambassadors to philanthropy across campus, encouraging their peers to give back to the university and community.

With hundreds of giving options, the possibilities are endless for making a gift of any amount to support the LSU students, faculty, staff, and programs that matter most to you. Student donors are encouraged to consider the LSU Student Emergency Support Fund which provides immediate financial relief for fellow Tigers in emergency situations such as natural disasters or family illness. As graduation approaches, seniors—or loved ones on their behalf—may consider giving to honor their time spent on campus, their incredible accomplishments, and to perpetuate a legacy of philanthropy on campus. Every student donor who gives $15 or more will receive a “stately oaks” pin to represent LSU and your commitment to its future.

Our partners at the LSU Alumni Association and the Tiger Athletic Foundation co-lead the Collegiate Club at LSU to provide students with social, networking and volunteer opportunities that kickstart their lifelong relationships with LSU.
