Roger W. Jenkins

Roger W. Jenkins is president and CEO of Murphy Oil Corporation. He and wife, Jill, live in Houston, Texas. Jenkins received a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering from LSU (1983) and an MBA from the AB Freeman School of Business at Tulane University (1994). He started his career with Texaco USA and joined Murphy Oil in 2001. He was named CEO in 2013. Jenkins is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of Murphy Oil Corporation. He also serves on the board of the American Petroleum Institute and on the Arkansas Research Alliance.
