Maggie Mosby began her career at the LSU Foundation in January 2023. Before that, she worked in the LSU Office of Communications & University Relations for 10 years where she finished as senior graphic designer. As an LSU alumna, Maggie is proud to continue her career at the LSU Foundation.

Why did you choose to build a career with the LSU Foundation?
I love LSU and have spent the past decade supporting its mission. I was very excited to see an opportunity open at the LSU Foundation in my line of work. 

What does a typical day look like for you?
My typical day usually begins with a cup of coffee and checking emails. After that, I review my to-do list and check in with printers and vendors to ensure all projects in production are running smoothly. I spend most of my day designing in InDesign with trips to Illustrator and Photoshop as needed. No two days are the same though, and sometimes I will visit a printer to check proofs or pick up samples. Some days are meeting-heavy, while some days are spent collaborating with colleagues, brainstorming, sketching, and designing. I like to finish my day by reviewing my to-do list for the next day and tidying up my desk. 

Where is your favorite place on campus?
My favorite place on campus is the LSU Lakes. I love walking around the Lakes when the weather is pleasant.
