MY LSU

Why did you choose to build a career with the LSU Foundation?
The opportunity to join the LSU Foundation was an easy decision for me. As someone who is deeply passionate about education—having earned my bachelor’s degree in the field—being part of the LSU Foundation feels like coming home. I’m driven to make a meaningful impact on education at a large scale, and I’ve witnessed firsthand the incredible transformation this university can bring to students' lives.

What does a typical day look like for you?
My day always kicks off with a cup (or three) of coffee. On my drive to work, I enjoy listening to my favorite music, typically Red Hot Chili Peppers or ABBA. Once I arrive to my office in the beautiful Huey P. Long Fieldhouse, I greet my colleagues and dive into another fulfilling day of fundraising for education and research. After work, I cherish every moment with my son, husband, and our golden retriever before heading to the gym for a dance class or experimenting with a new recipe in the kitchen.

Where is your favorite place on campus?
My favorite spot on campus is the Indian Mounds. This spot holds a special nostalgia for me because my family would tailgate nearby on game days. My dad used to take my sister and me there, and we’d compete to see who could roll down the hills the fastest. Those memories make the Indian Mounds a cherished place in my heart.
