My LSU
Why did you choose to build a career with the LSU Foundation?
I chose LSU because it is Louisiana’s flagship institution, with a deep commitment
to improving our state through its students, faculty, and research. My passion for
helping others was inspired by my late cousin Allison, an LSU alumna, whose dedication
to giving back to the community continues to motivate me. Being part of the LSU Foundation
allows me to help others create lasting impacts, just as she did.
What does a typical day look like for you?
Every day is a bit different, but what remains constant is the chance to connect with
LSU's loyal alumni and hear their incredible stories. Working in Patrick F. Taylor
Hall allows me to see the impact of their gifts in real time—whether it’s through
the students walking the halls or the projects they’re working on. It’s inspiring
to witness their generosity in action.
Tell us about your favorite work win or moment when you truly felt the impact of your
work.
One of my favorite moments is when alumni share how they wouldn’t have been able to attend LSU without private support. Hearing their stories of gratitude
and their desire to pay it forward by supporting future students is a powerful reminder
of why this work matters. Helping make someone’s dream school their alma mater is what makes my work truly fulfilling.
Where is your favorite place on campus?
I love taking the time to walk around campus, soaking in the daily life of LSU. Whether
it’s students hanging out in the Quad or the beautiful seasonal changes in the flowers, there’s always something special. Every corner of campus tells a story, and there’s a sense of history and beauty that makes it feel like home.
