Anne Bailey Berman has a broad background in marketing strategy, market research, and media. As CEO and co-founder of Chadwick Martin Bailey, she worked with a range of customers, both nationally and internationally, to support client decision-making. She worked with a range of industries, including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, publishing, communications, high technology, and utilities. She sold the company in 2018. While CEO, the company was named one of the top 100 Women-led businesses in Massachusetts for seven years. 

She has also been awarded the Pinnacle Award for Entrepreneurship by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, the Third Lantern Award by the Old North Foundation, and a finalist for the New England Entrepreneur of the Year Award by Ernest & Young and Inc. Magazine. Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology and a Master of Arts in communications from LSU. At LSU, she was included in the Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities. She earned her MBA from Boston University's School of Management. 

She has served many nonprofit organizations, including being on the Board of Directors for the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology, Old North Foundation, and Baton Rouge Rape Crisis Center, among others. She now serves Technology Goes Home, Madison Park Development Foundation, and Massachusetts Children’s Trust.
