Michael J. Linn

Michael Linn is Varadero’s chief operating officer. Mike joined Varadero in August 2015 and is responsible for developing the firm’s institutional platform and enhancing operational efficiency. Mike has more than 30 years of operational, transactional and start-up experience in the investment management business. Prior to Varadero, Mike played an integral role in the development of businesses at several investment management platforms, including River Birch Capital, BlackRock / Quellos Group, Omega Advisors, and Steinhardt Partners. Mike has a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry from Emory University, well as an MBA and a Master of Science in finance from Louisiana State University.
